| The KEY BLANK scheme works very simply. KEY BLANK card is supplied with each 10-lever lock, on which the owner enters the number stamped on the key, plus the signatures of all who will be authorized to order additional keys, and sends it in a pre-paid envelope to Ingersoll Locks Ltd. The card is then filed in a central registry, under the key number, with no other record kept to link it with the owner or his address. |

When extra keys are required, the owner (or authorized signatory) simply sends in a written order quoting the key number together with a cheque or postal order to cover the cost of the keys requested.
Providing the signature matches that held in the registry,
duplicate keys are sent by recorded delivery to the owners address, |
